SDCOC, also known as Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is funded by local government/public agencies, prime contractors and the Department of Defense. Its mission is to assist San Diego small businesses in learning how to do business with federal, state and local government agencies and their primes. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. Every month SCORE provides free counseling to hundreds of entrepreneurs in the San Diego area. Their goal is to help keep the small businesses of San Diego County vibrant and profitable!
